About The Odd Forest

Launched by Foxium, The Odd Forest is one of the strangest slots yet developed by this fledgling casino software provider. It contains fantasy-themed elements to it and can see players able to enjoy 5 reels and a rather dashing 50 paylines of slot gaming action. Dark and yet exciting, the slot will set you back around 0.50 per spin, which doesn’t make it ideal for those players operating on a shoestring budget. The slot’s maximum wager doesn’t exceed 125.00 per spin, but you could argue that although the features are good, there are players who are going to be turned away by the hefty minimum bet. Despite having an RTP rate of 96.12%, The Odd Forest can provide wins worth just 10x your total bet for line wins. That is also, not the best.

Special Features

At the least the special features in The Odd Forest are prosperous. First and foremost, there appear wild symbols in the shape of globs, and these can replace any other symbols in the game save for other special symbols.

Scatter icons appear as magical trees and these symbols can offer a free game feature if you are able to land a colossal symbol (2x2 in size) fully in view on the screen. It is no good landing just part of these symbols.

Bonus icons have also been included in the game, and land 3 fairies on the reels will trigger an instant win feature. That bonus is played over 3 levels and can see players pocket multipliers, cash and hearts. The hearts are used in a battle against a killer spider. Players must defeat the beast to win a top prize worth 50x their total stake (not counting multipliers, of course). When you run out of hearts, the bonus ends.

Bonus Feature

As for the scatters (trees) they will offer players their own choice of free spin bonus when they appear fully on the reels. Your options include 14 spins, 7 spins with sticky wilds, 8 spins with expanding wild symbols on the two end reels, or 6 spins with all wins doubled and extra wilds on the reels.
