Right now Im busy since I woke up until now (so thats around 12 hours non stop) to get my proof of ID approved .... I cannot get it .... UPDATE!!! For most of the players who mentioned the horrendous verification process.....they were RIGHT!! I kept on trying to resolve the issue and always there is a different excuse like we need a credit card, a bank statement, an ID, yet there is a long list on the "Identification tab" under the settings icon that clearly shows that my documents were approved. But what a surprised they need more documents from me and have emailed me regarding this which is a week too late from the time I requested a cashout. I waited for over 48hrs and still no such luck!! Problems with withdrawal. First I canceled the withdrawal, than I played again, and than I withdraw again, - this second withdrawal is not shown in the transaction history and I still wait for their answer. Support does not answer.... wait and see what happens. So far very dissatisfied. Should they pay, I will correct myself
