I think of winner as being on the 'second tier' of playtechs, much better than the shadier operations eg. EuroPlay, Golden Galaxy, and the like, but not up to the high standards of Corals or Betfred. That said, they offer generous amounts of bonuses, often cashable, with reasonable (but not amazing) wagering requirements. The no deposit bonus is generous too, though I did not manage to complete the wagering. I got a no deposit bonus when i signed up, played it and all seemed to be ok, even considered to deposit. There was nothing in the terms and conditions or privacy policy that said that people from my country aren’t eligible for no deposit offers and so on. After like 30 minutes of playing i got disconnected and then tried to login but no luck in doing that. I went to live chat to ask why am i not allowed to login and they said that i requested a no deposit bonus without their permission and my account is temporarily blocked, unless i send in my documents to get verified. I argued with the support for the next couple of minutes and i decided it is not worthed the time and money if they act like that. There was no need in blocking my account, they could have just said i am not allowed to play with their money and i am only allowed to play my own cash. That was a lack of professionalism in their attitude and since then i haven’t tried contacting them again. Maybe they have changed their policy and now they are looking more to respect the players and offer them many promotions and other rewarding programs but that doesn’t cut it for me.
