I began with a nice amount in my balance. This would be a nice long play to try and complete the play through, or so I thought. At first I bet a little over the minimum and hit the feature a few times only. I then switched to the minimum bet amount and continued to play throughout my whole balance. I only hit the feature twice and I didn't even have a good come out from it. I am very disappointed in my game time here. Thank you for the chance to try out your casino but I won't be depositing here in the future. This casino is way too tight. Perhaps I was just plain unlucky but this try out had made it plain clear to me that this casino will just suck your balance without hope.

i use to play a lot at this casino with their no depsoit bonuses and small deposits but then i won 400$ and i made a withdrawal request and they took more then 40 days to complete my withdrawal. after that their donwloaded version also disappeared , i tried to down load again n again but their casino doesnt open on my computer , i contacted them they asked me to uninstall and download again that i had done already many times , they couldnt understand either , actually they keep on offering no deposit bonuses so i wanted to play there .

I've been a member at Win Palace for about a year and I can agree, so far I haven't faced any problems with them, however, I know the reason for that- I have played there only with free chips, I have never made a single deposit there because I've read numerous complaints and unresolved cases and I didn't want to become one of the members that don't get paid. I like their promotions but I don't even think I will play there again so I most likely don't recommend to deposit there. Support is good though, they are always very nice.

I have read all kinds of negative things about these guys but personally I have never had a problem with them. They have good customer service and decent bonuses, but I have never cashed out here before so that I can’t speak for.

Really dodgy outfit, theres so many of these clip shot joint real time gaming casinos around that its hard to find a trustworthy one full stop, and sadly you won't find it here. Treat their bonus money as fun cash - you will very likely never get paid if you take any no deposit offers here, and even the deposit match offers are basically designed to steal your money. Forget it...

Hello there is an issue with this site they paid correctly at the time until some time, they put much delays with it , having a pending payout for weeks and it's not worth trying again.
