A complete joke! Signed up over a month ago on a NDB, met play through and requested withdrawal. I submitted documentation on the second day after sign up. Here we are over a month later, no payment. I check with CSR, and they say 'Oh we see its under final review now." Smh. Yeah right. If it wasn't for that, Id say it was great. They do offer a variety of games.

Neither one of the codes provided by LCB were accepted upon sign up, CLUB125 or CLUBS50...common find nowadays..contact customer support and they act like you are speaking GreeK.

Requested a winnings redemption on July 23, 2023 for $300 via Bitcoin. I then submitted all my KYC documents and was approved/ verified shortly after. Finally VipClupPlayer requested my Bitcoin Address to process my payout. I've yet to get my $300 in Bitcoins. Sadly that was a month ago and still nothing and it's without explanation.

The bonus code, which I signed up to use of course, CLUB125, is not available. I think this is the fourth one I have tried that does not honor what is advertised. GRRR

I had a decent experience with a ndb. I did not win but they were kind and helpful. No negative opinion but again, I didn't experience a withdrawal attempt.

I collected my no deposit bonus and satisfied the requirements will update on the withdrawal process being that it did seem a little unorganized

I am really not sure how to review or rate this casino. First of all, when I attempted to claim the bonus from the LCB link, a pop up appeared after being directed. It began with "Sorry to disappoint you...(something like that) and read for me to contact chat are send an email. It also was trying to get me to go to the cashier to make a deposit. I did not do either and clicked on cashier after all other options sent me back to the same popup. After going to the cashier, there were several promotions in variety including one for $125 Free chip (Not LCB), I contacted chat to inform them of the issue, and was told put on hold for about 10 minutes. So I decided to try redeeming the CLUB125 and it worked. I went back to chat and stated it was okay and the code worked. The chat rep was determined to know my username and email address. I asked the rep, which games can I play and what was the wagering. He responded slots and stated he could not give me the wagering details without my KYC. So he ended the chat and I began to play for hours. Then I tried to check to see If I could find my wagering status, and then the site completely shutdown reading "Site under maintenance- Try some other time". I tried closing the tab, and then selecting play again through the LCB link, and receive the same page. I think it is a scam, but don't want to make the accusation as a final determination. But something is not right. I'm done with them.

Vip Club Player is a straight up scam, run by a bunch of criminals. They will NOT pay you out if you win. After I won $5k on their site they did not pay me out. Thieves. They kept sending me emails asking if I would just accept a refund of my deposits. That’s what they do, if you deposit with a credit card and win they will offer to refund the deposits so they never leave to pay out winnings. Of course when u lose they r happy to keep your money. Stay away from VIP Club Player because once they steal your money you will never see it again. They are also unlicensed so there’s no way to sue them or even find out where they operate out of.

Signed up with no deposit bonus. Did fairly well on wagering requirements. Just shy of cashing out. Didn't feel like it was impossible to achieve. Had some decent wins. Haven't deposited yet but feel like I would if the right bonus or if I get verified quickly.

Was ready to make a withdrawal and began sending in the KYC documents. First the ID wasn't clear enough had to resend twice. Next the proof of address wasn't good enough. Sent them a credit union statement because they clearly state bank statements are acceptable for proof of address. Next I sent my monthly vehicle insurance statement. Wouldn't you know they don't accept that proof either. I send the same KYC documents to all casinos, Yabby, Brango, Limitless, Sunrise, etc. Never had an issue in verifying.

If a casino doesn’t have good customer service expect if you have an issue - it’s your issue. That should be the motto of this casino, because they lack in all areas of what makes good customer service. They seem to make it difficult to even get a welcome bonus added, so spare yourself the wasted time because their games are average and not worth their platforms drama.

I love how my comments get take down. Their customer service is garbage and they screwed around with me saying my CAF wasn’t complete. So I did it all by hand and submitted it. The next day I was told that it was good and they needed the bitcoin address so I sent it. Then two days later I asked what was going on and the same person said they never got my CAF when I sent it 3 times. So I sent it to them with the same address and magically they got it. They said they had the bitcoin and they would deposit my $2,000. Then I was told I only could get $300 because of my bonus but I never won off my bonus I won off of my money. I dont like this casino after my bad experience I had..It lets me to use a no deposit bonus and I won playing Gypsy Rose but when I tired to cash out after a day a email came to my account telling me that my country not allowed to use no deposit bonus andthat I am not be able to cash out from a no deposit bonus and to feel free to deposi.So from me 2 stars .If they dont treat all players with same way I dont want to deposit also

I took the welcome no deposit bonus, I didn't win so I really can't say how they are when it come to withdrawals, I do know that I rather play RTG games than betsoft.

I won on a free chip and submitted all requested documents. They said it was approved but the manager wanted to speak to me by phone before they sent bitcoin payment. I missed their calls and now they won't even respond to me anymore via email. I've contacted live agents in the chat like 10 times and they never follow up. It's been almost a year and i know i will never see my $100. Scammers...they have no licensing in any jurisdiction so they have nobody to answer to. The only recourse I have now is just to roast them on slot forums. Don't play here.

This casinos OK I guess. I really didn’t care for the games much. On a max pit whenever you hit something big I think it should be more than $80. But I don’t know I just don’t like the games on this one It didn’t seem to be a total waste of time though
