I don't really like the layout of the casino, it just looks like a bunch of rules and regulations to me and does not draw me in and make me want to play. I want to play some slots not get schooled on a billion rules. The bonuses aren't that appealing and they don't accept you to have an account in their other 5+ casino sister sites. Not for me.

I couldn't get access to the casino section. It kept saying invalid username or password. There was no separate sign up for grand casino and when I pressed forgot username or password it said invalid email address. I got tired of trying so I won't go back

I am very surprised at the name of casino firstly. And after checking the casino, I am sure that the owner of this casino is vietnamese, or maybe the parent company is located in Vietnam. It is first time to see any casino providing Vietnamese language. So, I guess that the target players are oversees vietnamese who are in US or other countries. I think that I won't play in this casino.

Has any players from the US had a difficult time registering an account? I keep getting a message that my email address must be under 30 characters which in itself is really WEIRD especially when it is under that amount.

I like this place, they send lots of mailers, and loads of bonuses, and... have live dealer. check them out they are a great casino in my opinion, and i think they do a very good job.
