I felt like this site ran super smooth and it kept me occupied for at least 2 to 3 hours with the 110 dollar free chip they gave me. It seemed like I could do no wrong at any bet I tried unlike a lot of the online slots I’ve played at that will only allow you to hit while you bid as low as possible. So the gameplay and game to game jumping ran super smooth, the games actually won which is promising, the only thing I was looking at that I didn’t much care for was the time it takes to cash out. Has anyone actually cashed out here and is it as long as stated above. If it isn’t I’d consider actually depositing and playing here repeatedly. I like the games and all not a big fan of the layout of the casino. Not a big fan of the cash out times, my opinion a Bitcoin withdrawal shouldn't take no longer than 15-20 minutes, pending time is bs2 if you ask me. Be careful of the casino bonses offered at this casino. The last 3 times I deposited with a bonus code it did not give me the match so I was forced to contact customer service. When I did, I was told I was not eligible for that bonus and they could only offer me another bonus. Every time it was a higher wager with a lower max cash out and not the bonus terms I deposited for at all. I asked why I was receiving the bonus email offers if I was not eligible and some of the offers said I was part of a select few to receive it. So basically there offers are a lie and they do not honor them. But its too late because you already made a deposit. If you ask for a refund they dont answer you. I also contacted the account manager via phone the last time and he basically told me i was out of luck. I played through my deposit with no bonus and I will not be playing at this site again. Another time, I tried to cash out and was told I redeemed the bonus code too many times. When in actuality, their system was glitch when I was in my account and hit refresh to see if my bitcoin deposit hit. I immediately contacted customer support to remove them and they supposedly made a note. So when I went to cash out my $500 winnings, I was denied over and over even though I did nothing wrong as per the terms and conditions and they could clearly see the system issue and even admitted it was there. So they gave me a chip for $200 after 3 weeks of haggling with them and multiple calls and emails. But I had a. 50x play through. Very dishonest group. Again, they will send you wonderful bonuses, but many times dont honor them. They did at first, after the first fiasco but after that they did not as stated above.
