I agree that the language used was very innapropriate and that the ban was justifed. But I want to know what can be done to resolve the complaint here. Lets put a side the inappropriate language here, what Andrew has to do here in order for his withdrawal to be approved? rgds Zuga

Unfortunetly, I have been depositing on this site for about 2 months now, and just won big enough to want to cashout now. I get up to 500 dollars which is the max for my 25 dollar deposit, and I ask them for the form I need to print off and fax back so that I can be ready for the documents come monday. The guy tells me only the cashier can send me one through email. I tell him this is ridiculous and to just give me the link to the form and then he bans me for being \"unreasonable\"... My account is blocked.. The phone number they list for blocked accounts automated message is a nmber that says its been disconnected and the other phone number on their website says that they are unable to take calls and has said that for 3 days. These guys are flat out morons and deserve to be black listed from all users. If anyone has any idea how to get my money from these guys who now cannot be reached because they never answer emails (sent over 50 emails and are not blocked, I get the emails that i deposit so I know i recieve emails from themand I got one from support the first time about echecks) PLEASE HELP!

how do I go about getting a manager from vegascasino21 to contact me regarding a withdrawal? I have followed all the terms & conditions, sent inquiries thru their ticket system, spoke with live chat and have still been unable to receive a response to a very simple question...by the way... everytime I call their toll free number during their daytime hours...7 hours ahead of EST...nobody ever answers the phone...but at night I always get a response but...nobody from finance or accounts is in :(. why is that? I need a little help

Gunny next time you have a problem with a casino and your told something by live chat save the chat transcript. It is important that you can prove yourself. We all get frustrated at one time or another at a casino. I can understand your frustration. What does surprise me is that your labeled as \"blackmailing\" the casino. That is a bit harsh. I know it is important for casinos to protect their integrity against poor player comments. I am just not sure if accusing a player of blackmail is the way to go. Surely it is not uncommon to deal with unhappy players. What is it they say.......you capture more bees with honey? Lips

MY FIRST REQUEST I DID PLAY 60X HENCE 18,600 BETTING DOLLARS !!!!!! MY ACCOUNT SAID I PLAYED OVER 19,000. I WAS TOLD I WAS 6,000 SHORT !!!!!!!
