The live chat rarely answer in a timely manner and the chat pops up too often on auto. The auto makes you think someone is there but no one comes. The games lag a little and don't seem to spin smoothly. The playback is also very weak and the bonuses don't pay out very much. They do give a lot of free bonus codes though.

bad casino. really bad, dont play here. Support needs days to answer and look at the pending time of 72 hours, which player wants to get paid after 3-5 days to e wallet? this is nothing but scam to make people loose the money. also not fun anyways on this bad software with crappy games and always problems with the download client and livechat doesnt answer

i don't know what is wrong with their support.they ignore my request for account verification.i sent all of my documents 35 days ago but still waiting!

I played here recently and had an overall good experience. I haven't been brave enough though to make a deposit. I guess with the bad behavior of other topgame casinos I"m a little hesitent. Customer service was polite when I signed up and quite pleasant.. I enjoy some of their games and more than likely there might be a possibility somewhere in the future where I might make a deposit.

Vegas nights, is one of the more professional and Safer Topgame casino's that take there work sirius, and pay out people's winnings! and don't cheat or giving excuses if you win from bonus money;) since experienced a lot of troubles with other topgame providers i didn't expect any good service from vegas nights, but too my surprise they actually did, here it's much better! sadly enough it's like only vegas nights who has a good casino and fair rules compare to other topgame place ! support from vegas nights is wonderful and not stalking you with stupid things;) payouts are quick from vegas nights, and they offer perfect promotions! and fair game pay outs;) if you want to play topgame you have to choose for vegas nights, then you will get your money;)
I have not been playing at any new casinos but i am tired of the same tight slots and the not so loyal bonuses i get. I have not played at top game casinos in years, but i will give these guys a spin with the no deposit they offer. I really love the games at Top games but not the bad press or the roguish behavior of some.

I love the Top Game software but I am very cautious when casinos give away large free chips almost every day. Their live chat is quick to add the bonus to your account but they are not friendly at all.
