I was a regular player here winning and losing, received some good bonuses. I went to play one day and I could no longer redeem any of the deposit bonuses they have. Okay that was fine so I deposited without and I never came close to winning or breaking even. I am disappointed

signed up with a $20 no deposit offer, played the wagering requirements, and made the deposit so I can cash out my winnings, but starting the verification process has me thinking this casino is going to try to keep me from being able to withdraw. I asked them 3 different times about the documents needed, since i was depositing and withdrawing with crypto, and they said ID, P.O.A, and the wallet address I want to use to withdraw, I asked the C.S.R if I would be able to withdraw in LTC, and she told me yes, I sent everything in, and a few hours later as I was looking through the site, I stumble across this Payment Verification Form that you have to download, fill out and send with the other verification stuff, messaged CSR and he confirmed, I asked 3 separate times, and not once, was that formed mentioned. so i had to resubmit all those documents, AND I was informed they only do withdraws through BTC. so the CSR from earlier, lied to me about being able to withdraw through LTC. which is strange considering they accept deposits. after submitting everything for a THIRD time, I asked if they could confirm i sent the correct documents, to which i was informed that they could not check, and that i have to wait the however many days to find out if it was approved, and if not, I have to resubmit, and wait an additional however many days for them to look at everything. MY ADVICE? don't bother with this place. the CSR will omit steps to and flat out lie. i wish i knew before i had deposited. *this situation is still developing, so i will post an update the moment i know more.

Absolutely terrible. They kicked me out almost immediately for absolutely no reason. I never made multiple accounts, never broke the rules. Absolutely nothing. I tried to get ahold of them to figure out the issue and it was an absolute nightmare. They told me twice to email support and never heard back. No time for them

Customer service is horrible and they don’t let you cash out from bonuses unless a deposit which you always lose that and the winnings. Def not good

Any casino that offers something free and they want you to deposit again before you can withdraw it is a stay away from casino for me I don’t know if I ever deposited here or not I’m pretty sure I didn’t good thing I dodged that bullet
