this casino has closed my account , i contacted their support and they usual reason that this is management decision, these casinos entertain only to regular depositers if you dont depsoit for a long on such casino they close your accounts, i have never seen it with the reputed casino wheather you deposit there or not they ll entertain you as they do to their vip players but but not for slots jungle type casinos.

I have not had any issues with deposits, withdrawals, bonuses or customer service at this casino. I have hit a couple random jackpots and received payout quite quickly. I have also won on a free chip and still had no issues with withdrawal.

Slots Jungle is one of those casinos you should better avoid. Game selection is good only on download version, support is decent. But that's it, I haven't withdrawn from them and if I did, I probably would have had problems as most players do.

I’ve played here quite a bit in the past and made a few deposits but never managed to win anything. None the less I was very happy with the level of customer service I experienced with them and they offer some nice bonuses as well as free chips added to your account automatically if you deposit there regularly. I Have only good words for this casino. Remember how I joined this one 3 or 4 years ago and got nice 25 $ NDB offer and made wagering. Cashed out 100$ without bigger problems and was really surprised. ofcourse, money arrives after 3 long weeks, but I still got them! Hi, I am new to this but can anyone tell me if Slots Jungle has went under new management? I have never had a problem withdrawing from my account. I am a sliverback VIP and my old VIP manager who was Julia which by the way was AWESOME left and now I have Andrew. I tried making a withdrawal for my amount and I emailed him to let him know. I never got a reply. Them I recived an email saying I was excluded from any coupons but really could not get a answer why. They set me up a coount and when I checked only 500.00 had went through and you have to have at least 1000.00 to get your money. This figures.. this is the TOP rated site, and they scam you like any other bullshit site... these guys owe me 3 deposits for 1600 total, and its going on day 30 of no payment of any kind. No response from finance, and they even sent me an email telling me i wasn't elligable for coupons any longer and ignored my 10 emails about my money. same bullshit.
