this casino has closed my account , i contacted their support and they usual reason that this is management decision, these casinos entertain only to regular depositers if you dont depsoit for a long on such casino they close your accounts, i have never seen it with the reputed casino wheather you deposit there or not they ll entertain you as they do to their vip players but but not for slots jungle type casinos.

I have not had any issues with deposits, withdrawals, bonuses or customer service at this casino. I have hit a couple random jackpots and received payout quite quickly. I have also won on a free chip and still had no issues with withdrawal.

Slots Jungle is one of those casinos you should better avoid. Game selection is good only on download version, support is decent. But that's it, I haven't withdrawn from them and if I did, I probably would have had problems as most players do.

I’ve played here quite a bit in the past and made a few deposits but never managed to win anything. None the less I was very happy with the level of customer service I experienced with them and they offer some nice bonuses as well as free chips added to your account automatically if you deposit there regularly. I can’t speak as far as what the cash out experience is like, haven’t been that lucky yet but so far I can’t say anything bad.

I downloaded the casino three years ago and created an account but when I tried to claim the no deposit bonus , it said the bonus cannot be redeemed at this time, contact support. Well, there are many trusted RTG casinos out there.

Non cash able play money is what i was told about the free chip so i stayed away. Why waste my time on playing if i can not win. Might as well go play for fun somewhere. I gave it 2 stars because i did like the look of the casino.

I like the design of this casino. I joined it with a no deposit bonus but was not lucky with the free chip, I have not made a deposit yet, but have used other free chips and later learned that you cannot use 2 in a row, so I stopped that, see some good comments above, so that is good, just thinking which RTG's I will deposit in, I really like the parrot on the site, it is so cute, here at Slots Jungle. :) Gloriabe

I Have only good words for this casino. Remember how I joined this one 3 or 4 years ago and got nice 25 $ NDB offer and made wagering. Cashed out 100$ without bigger problems and was really surprised. ofcourse, money arrives after 3 long weeks, but I still got them! Great casino for me, but if they are added on blacklist, I'll better stay away...

I really like Slots Jungle casino. I was surprised to see the warning symbol beside their name. I've never had any problems there.
