Whoa did I misjudge this casino. It turns out if you end up making a few withdrawal requests in just as many months, they will create a false reason to ban your account along with the withdrawal request you have pending. They are trying to say I issued a chargeback on my account which is a complete fabrication. This is fairly simple for me to prove thanks to these little things called Bank Statements. I love how they say this is final and there cannot be any queries or appeals...because THEY ARE LYING AND STEALING MY MONEY! I'm at the point that I'm just going to stop playing anywhere...this is the third incident from 3 different casinos in the past 6 months. I've only gotten paid on one of them so far. DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY HERE...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This casino is an absolute joke. And they give their players bonuses specifically for leaving reviews. I have never won here and have spent more than enough to win something. Their customer service will not give you a bonus if you request one no matter how much you’ve deposited or lost. I used to get rakebacks weekly anywhere from $25-$100 and have not received one in over a month. I love the game selections but that is all. Time to take my business elsewhere.

i have not made a deposit with slotpot yet but i did like their layout. they also seem to have a good many bonuses/promotions. I dont care for the fact that the customer service takes forever to get a response but it seems to be an ok website.

I am not overly impressed with this casino. The on line support is not 24/7 they go off line an the end of business. They will try to get back to you the next day via email!!! And when they are active on line they send a note that states they will get back to you within a couple of HOURS!!!! The Support system is automated an watched so if they can take care of your issue without contact then they will through a series of messages and actions taken. Like adding a bonus to your account that you wanted to claim when you deposited. I'll give it time and review again in 3 to 4 months. That is usually the amount of time it takes for most of these casinos to show their TRUE attitude toward customers and if they adhere to their own customer policies or are they making up rules as they go along!!!!

I don't know what happened with this Slopot casino, I submitted the documents more than 3 weeks ago because i have pending withdrawal. But since then when i have tried communicate they ignored me and it seems like I'm trying to talk to a ghost . Before this, they answered me quickly in customer service now I'm completely ignored.
I need to know when will be able to make my withdrawal , because now the system don't let me because my documents are in review... but 3 weeks ..Please i need someone respond my emails or texts in customer service ....

I made my first deposit here and was very disappointed. No luck really. Didn't expect to cashout first time. Chat not available. You have to pretend like you're at chat and then wait for a response in email. But usually I would hear back from them within the hour. That's offer a daily free spin for 6 days. Six more chances to win some money but so far free spins only payout $1.50 in 25 spins. I probably won't go back for a while. Also site is kind of difficult to manage.

I came in thinking that I was gonna like cause you know a lot but then in the end when I got to customer support it was a whole different story that really rude. My opinion don’t go there and waste your money

This casino is actually very entertaining and engaging even though it has a lot of of the same games as some of the other casinos I play at. I am deposited once, and I am not withdrawn at all but hopefully that will change soon. Customer service is pretty friendly as well.

I do like their game selection. However I did not like that new players are not given some type of bonus whether its free spins or a free chip. I feel that if Im gonna deposit my money in a casino , I would first want to give it a test drive just to check out all of their games and make sure that they all load etc, etc. I did not receive one from this casino. I guess when I signed up they were not offereing them anymore.
