Seeing the warning is a big sign to avoid this casino until they start to prove themself and start paying the players. I still have an open issue from a year ago when I got disconnected from a bonus round on a $5 bet and when I reconnected my bonus didn't resume and support wouldn't help other than say its ok bonus come often and wouldn't reimburse me except for a $10 free chip with a max cashout. Very dodge casino beware of the warnings and do not play here.

I have an account with this casinos from a long time ago but I never deposited at this casino. It is really hard now a days to find a good Rival and seeing the warning sign just further proves that point. When i played the freebie, it did not last long at all.

Fun casino to play at. Not my favorite of all time but well worth a 3 Star rating. I like the games but the bonuses really aren't the greatest that they could be.

I decided to give it 5 stars because it's one of the best Rivals. They are very trusted which is really important these days I can say they also have on eof the biggest deposit and no deposit bonuses so I am pretty sure it's one of the best Rivals around

Ruby Royal is supposedly one of the more reputable Rival casinos but my experience there was pretty much par for the course. I claimed an exclusive welcome free chip, which I lost, and later considered depositing with a bonus offer - only to find "No promotions available" in my account any more.

I would like to change my opinion for now .. Got another free 10 promo, wagered, but cancelled withdrawal because of multiple promotion in a row.. shame.

ruby royal is one of better from rivals and they are having nice sign up bonus, they gave me it so I went to it, site is satisfying and good however I am not lucky with this one they are average in promotions but cashable , good organized lobby and support at good level 4 stars
