It's been a log while since I played here at Roadhouse Reels Casino, but my experience then was not that good. I understand they are under new management, so I hold out hope that they will become customer-friendly. And offer a better initial bonus among other needs. I will consider playing here, and changing this review one way or the other afterwards.

deposit here, won a little, still waiting on my money, its been over a month.

I played here 2 years ago and remember my experience about this damn bad casino...Support is very poor and they are telling the stories about amazing bonuses instead of answering very specific questions. Another reason I left this casino - never got my withdrawal, no either my deposited money..This is stealers and waiting for rich Americans to bring them money..Stay away.

i made a couple deposits here then all of the sudden they closed my account without a valid reason

I like playing the Betonsoft casinos but Roadhouse Reels is a disappointment. They make you jump through hoops to get paid on a withdrawal and customer service is not very helpful.

I wanted to play at roadhouse reels very badly , but they only took Visa, so after getting some free spins & playing a little that just made me want to play even more then their birthday celebration came up talking about free spins, the wild joker dropping free money in random accounts, tournaments, Oh they glorified it to hilt , by then I wanted to play so bad before the week was up, I started talking to chat saying I would deposit & play if they could make it so they took Mastercard , the first guy told me to send in my documents , which included a scan of my card , but to cover the 1st 4 & last 4 numbers & to cover my cvv as well, I asked how long it would to take to verify everything and he said oh about 4 hours which just thrilled me to death, so as it was late at night the next morning ,I went to chat & of course the first it was a woman,& she told me to send another document & she would get back with me, so I waited & went to chat again & of course it was someone else, & she told me the documents were ok but I needed to cover the middle set of numbers, I was about ready to pull my hair but I covered the middle numbers thinking to myself well now they will have all the numbers & told her she now had all the numbers for my credit , sent the scan ,went back to chat she said she got it but you could see the numbers so I put 3 layers of masking tape across the numbers & resent it , & she said I'll make you a deal cover it up just a little more & give you free spins on tails of New York so here I go put FIVE LAYERS & scan it again go back to chat & I said now what ?Well now wee have to wait until they approve it .So I go for a few days playing & doing other stuff the big birthday bash is about over I'm pissed ,so finally one morning I go in and go to chat and I telling yet another girl about everthing that's been going on , so I'm not looking at what she's typing cause I'm a hunt & peck typer, can't help it can hold my hands in the right places lol look up & out of everything she had written ,the words " well this should make you happy " popped & I then read everything she had written & I could now deposit with mastercard deposited a small amt with a bonus & went to find a game got it up pretty high & then no game I went to would hit nothing !!!! Then, the whole following week they’ve tried to reach me via a phone call.
