No, of course I could not cash out from CoolCat... Though the transfered money was played through and ready to cash out at Rialto's, CoolCat refered to their own rules. In a mail I got the message that my request was denied, but not why - they just listed some standard answers and left up to you to figure out what the reason could be. Has anyone tried to play at Rialto last 2-3 weeks? The system is down. They say to me at least. But I do not trust TopGame provided sites - they tend to be a little careless with truth sometimes, especially if you have got a warning flag in the TopGame security system.
