It's very unfortunate that players from the netherlands are not allowed to play here anymore. I dont like this casino because you can only cashout 10x your deposit amount if you manage to win if you take the deposit bonuses or a reload bonuses etc, its the same with thee freespins, thats a huge minus. I prefer to play on casinos with no max cashout, thats more preferable to me. So if you wanna play here, deposit little more and play by cash, thats better in my opinion in this case. Its one of the first ever novomatics casinos i believe and thats very cool but otherwise i dont like it.

After few days i asked support why it was processing so long and they answered that in case of russian and ukrainian documents verification processing up to a week. Then, after 7 working days i asked again and support answered that verification was still processing. As result, i started playing again and lost all my balance. And now since 2 weeks my documents still not verified. It is very awful user support :(
