This casino is not a good Place to play it’s a good place to get played. I have never heard of anybody being able to cash out from this place surely there would be one or two somewhere but I’ve looked and I could never find a reviewer someone had actually cashed out

ok, here is my honest and actual review of this casino that so many despise. This was thee very first casino i ever signed up for. Without know anything about online casinos, i dove straight in. deposited and won around 2400. By this time ive found these review sites and soon came to find out this was not a good casino. None the less i said i will try and get my winnings. One thing that i urge many to do is READ THE TERMS!!!!! reading is your best friend when it comes to any frustration you may have with a casino. They clearly state everything. Now, i did go back and forth with them, for what seemed like eternity, which ended up being 3 months in total, but what i can say is i DID receive a check from them. The check did look sketchy and i wasnt sure if i should even try and cash it. But i went ahead and deposited it in my checking account, which if i recall took almost two weeks to clear because it was an international check. BUT to my surprise the check cleared and i was 2400 richer. What i will say is, this site is very lax in sending you your money, you must stay on top of them, DO NOT expect a quick payout, if you do win, think of it as bonus winnings for a unknown later date and time. This is the only reason i rated this casino the way i did, because i received my payout. What i can say is, they seem like they want us to know they have gotten better with payout times, options, and customer service response times from the emails i have received lately. Proceed with extreme caution.

This casino was fine to play at until I tried to withdraw a decent sized win. They literally drug the process on for well over a month, despite the fact that my docs had already been verified. They want to drag it out so you'll end up cancelling your withdrawal, I swear....Honestly I will never play here again with other options who process instant withdrawals like casino extreme.

Won a small amount off a bonus and when I requested a withdrawal the document verification process was rediculous, they would take a week or more to respond back asking for additional documents and not stating what was wrong with the original ones sent (i use the same for all casinos, rarely have issues except with this casino group). I gave up after a month and a half

Few bumps on my first winnings getting to me , always happy helpful polite customer service , ill stick with them see what happens and how the process is when i collect on my hooefully second lucky win :)

Poor customer support.They do not payout on withdrawals. Customer support will only assist you with making deposits and will hang up on you when asking about your refund.They will tell you that you payment has been authorized once all the documentation has been received, but you still do not see a payment. They will ignore you untill you go away!!

The withdrawal process is too long. I opened an account in this casino to play with a free chip. I won and did complete the wagering requirements. But it took more than 2 months to be paid. So my experience with this casino does confirm all what I can read here about this casino. If you win something, I think you can expect to be paid, but you will have to be very patient...

Planet 7 Oz are horrible. They pay slow and their customer service is disgusting. If they do not wish to do deal with your issue they simply end a chat. I have had it with planet 7 oz. Just a sidenote I have actually won thousands at planet 7 so I am not saying this because I am disappointed I lost. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!

planet 7 oz offer some very nice sounding free chips however it is highly unlikely that they will every clear the playthrew requirements let alone actually let you cash them out. i would like to say that I really don't like was based casinos .. I have nothing bad to say about planet 7 oz. I deposit here every week and every Monday I automatically get 40% cash back from the previous weeks deposits, with or without bonuses. Play through is only 5× and deposit bonuses have no max cash out. Also, after making a deposit I get 14 free spins every day for 7 days. Verification and first withdrawal took about 3 weeks but my second withdrawal only took 3 days. I love the games and I love the bonuses. Customer support has been average unless I deal directly with customer support from my country, especially Archie P. I Would definitely recommend this casino for people from my country.
