i recieved e mail from no bonus .com for 20 and i can not get to site planet 23 and i tried here and cant get on to site from here either I am in the U.S.A

Hi scounselor, Planet 23 have been doing this bonus manually and not via support... But I will check to see if the bonus is still available.

I waited and checked back after a day. Customer service tried to entice me into making a deposit. When I said I was still waiting for my ndb they said that no one is getting ndb anymore. I even got an email offering a $20.00 ndb (after 24 hours) and they told me that email was a fraud.

Wealthychap, the bonus should be given to you automatically within 24 hours.

How do you get the $10? Automatically or request it?
