The first impression counts - especially with online casinos. Since I liked the site visually and didn't know it, I registered myself and started playing. The first problems came here. The slots sometimes hang a lot and the general loading times were far too long (tested on the desktop with Firefox & Chrome). The game selection is very good and the design also makes a difference, but none of this brings much if the technology does not do what it should or has to do.

@bobmarley007 - The Casino Representative has just advised us that your account has been verified and your withdrawal is set to be paid today. There was a delay of 4 days in verifying your account as the documents you provided did not fit the criteria and you were asked to provide new copies.

Hello dear manager first of all my english is not good I hope my writing is understandable. I open one account 10day ago in pelaa casino, made 3 4 times deposit and last times win and cash out, send my documents 4day ago. today casino send for me one email they want me ,my bank statements for 3mnth ago in genesis casino deposit proof of this I also no deposit for pelaa with my bank card just deposit with paysafecard, this mafia does everything to avoid my gain.Thanks for support
