I never received my payout. I didn't even use a bonus code when I deposited. they told me that my withdraw was approved. its been over 3 months. Still nothing . they owe me $2000.

I would stay far away. I do not like this casino at all. Sad, i like the games but the casino itself is a non funny joke. They did not wait for your deposit, so why wait to be paid? I also wish you could give negative stars.

Joined this casino long time ago along with Atlantis Gold. They are sister sites, so the free chips and bonuses are always the same with the same terms. Decent support and games, poor bonuses. Better stay away, in my opinion there are more trustful Betonsoft casinos, you can see the average score they have, it means people aren't happy there, I wasn't either.

Like the games here but the tournaments never payout much and you really never do win all that much here. I give this casino a 3 star rating.

I did review Atlantis Gold which is a sister along with Treasure Island, but I left out a few things that I should mention because I think these things are so stupid. I am almost positive that if you have read most of these post you will have already learned the things that I am going to say, but they are worth repeating. If they are repeated enough times the casino group might see some of the posts and change their ways. Probably not........ LOL. They give out a lot of free spins. Normally that would be a good thing. Not at these casinos. The free spins are ONE LINE and most of them have 50 lines, making one line seem even smaller. So after your 100 spins, yes they will go all out and give you 100 spins at times, you may still have won $0.00. Another issue is that if you have received free anything at one of these casinos, those freebies are counted at the other casinos, even if you have not opened an account at the others yet. So when you, if you sign up at one of the other casinos, you may not be entitled to any freebies. Slow payments is such a regular thing that LCB tells you about that in their review. Let me say that eventually you will get your withdrawal money if you are persistence and stay on their payment department with regular contact by email, etc. But don't give up on your withdrawal because if you do they do too................

The minute i registered here ,my account was blocked,why?? because i used many free chip in Atlantis Gold Casino !!! When i contact hem to ask why I did get that answer ,but when i told them,that i have few deposits at Treasure Island I was told ,that they will unblocked my account ,but only if i deposit right a way.Funny people ,thats but nooo thanks!

Mermaids Palace -a part of well know complicated group casino's ( Treasure Island Jackpot, Atlantis Gold), latest release. I am deleted AG and TIJ because get bored of 1 line promos..offcourse, had unlucky session with these two. I don't like the support, promotions, high wagering requirements and all the stuff at all.. This one has same line as brothers, so nothing new for me. Just took 20 fs offer , made some cents , lost in a second and thats it.
