I ran across this site a few days ago. I like the logo and site design a lot. The games from this provide are a little mundane and boring, but a welcome change from the ever played RTG slots here in US though. Customer service was ok- very nice, but very slow. Malibu Club is absolutely horrible. I played there with the sign up bonus a long time ago and won. The excitement of winning was short lived however, because as soon as I requested a withdrawal the stonewalling began. Weeks and weeks of arguing and sending emails and getting nothing in response led to me ultimately just giving up. I'd say stay away if you actually like receiving your winnings when you play at a casino.

Malibu club casino is one of the patience damage maker all of the times..They are still sending emails with promotions, in fact I unsubscribed ages ago. I had an account with Malibu Club casino a while back and then then closed up shop for some period of time and reopened again maybe about 2 years ago or so. I am not much on the Rival casino games usually but Malibu Club is my favorite online casino site to go to for those type of games. With new management and a new attitude this place has become my new favorite Rival casino. The other two complaints were in fact related to chats getting disconnected due to connectivity related issues. I liked this casino. It seems different than Rival software, I thought it might be RTG, but it says at the top of this page in the description that it is Rival.. I had to ask for the bonus via live chat, however, the casino rep was polite; credited the bonus and wished me luck. As there are only two other reviews and one of them says they were paid winnings from the bonus; I am optimistic about this casino. I tried the slots and they do seem different. But okay.
