That is really sad athdress. I am waiting a withdrawal from Go Lucky Casino, it is their sister Casino, but mine is for $100, and I won this off a free chip, I then deposited $25 to claim it. I requested the withdrawal September 23rd, and it has been about 46 days and have not received the money. I have been told many different things, and both Casinos are not working, it is saying 'service unavailable'. I have not encountered this before in all my years in online gaming. I know others have had this happen. I hope you get your money :), I hope I get mine.

Another update: I wish I could attach the chats I've had with them. Is that possible? I've been told On about 20 different occasions - you'll get your money in 2 hours, or 48 hours, or on Monday,or we will have a manager call you when he comes in, or we are having technical issues and those will be resolved in 4 hours and you will get your money - we PROMISE. Over and over and over. I have given up and I guess they get to keep my $700,

I won $700 and requested a cash out 2 weeks ago. I heard nothing. I went on chat and was told, "yes, you will get your money in 4 hours". That was a week ago. I've gone on to chat several times sent and was told over and over "yes, they will process your request today". And nothing had happened. Tonight I went on chat and "Scott" says I'll hear from "the senior" (whatever that is) today. I bet I will not. Also, it is always "Scott" who answers the chat but it is obviously a different person each time. I have a feeling they will never pay me my money.

I enjoyed the free chip, and I like rtg software; but I am however, leery of depositing with these casinos with a lot of my money. I have been ripped off more than once and for some reason the casinos that are slow to no paying seem to use rtg software. I know there are exceptions like slotocash and a few others, but I have to feel like I have seen some confirmation in a forum of an rtg's trustworthiness before I play there with any regularity. Not saying this casino is per se a rogue just that it is a generalization about rtg, which in some cases might not be called for, but I would say it is generally true that one should proceed with caution. Fun games though

I was about to make my first deposit but I had a question about their bank wire withdrawal method. I just wanted to make sure if to process through bank wire, if the swift code was needed or not needed because my bank is not one to participate and does not have a swift code. When I go to the withdraw page I am unable to see if the swift code is needed because I do not have an amount in my account that is able to withdraw. I went on live chat. Rick was the support agent that helped me. I asked my question and he told me to look at the withdraw page. I told him that I already checked and that is why I am on support asking you. He did not respond to my question for a long while. During that time, I explained the reason why I wanted to know because of my bank etc and i want to make sure that I will be able to make a withdraw before I deposit. He did not answer.. I then said that it was bad customer service to respond to me automatically to go check myself. In my opinion, my experience at other casinos would answer any question even if it is written in terms of conditions. In this case, I was not able to view the answer to my inquiry myself and that is why I went on live chat. Rick was so rude. He ended the chat. My question was not answered. And I will never play/deposit here ever! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. If I could rate this casino zero stars I would.
