Customer service was rediculously rude. They offer zero no deposit offers, not even on sign up. The site layout is terrible, and I'm seriously wondering if the "betsoft" games are actually betsofts software. They seem like a knock off, almost fake betsoft games. So between the absolutely unnecessary attitude of the customer service representatives, the suspect software, and no options or offers to test out the software, this place is a harrddddd pass for me. I like to lose my money at places I know will actually pay me if I ever do win. Thanks very much.

They allow you to deposit with cryptocurrency so you do not have to pay fees. You can also have withdrawls made with crptocurrency so you can also cut down on fees. I would play at this casino.

I tried to signup at this Casino and had nothing, but issues doing so. I finally gave up. I wasn't very impressed with their layout and didn't get a chance to try the games. If you are a USA player I would be very weary to deposit here!

this place is flat out retarded as in too stupid to operate intelligently. i couldnt sign up as a US resident however they were fine with my state being in the US. there is absolutely no way to find a support address link or help window they may as well have put their site on a cardboard box rather than pay for a domain because the internet does not serve them a purpose or allow them a useful function as far as gamblers are concerned this place needs to hire a person who walks upright to design and market their site for the public. I had first checked the web before I signed up with a free chip at this place. It was a mixed bag of reviews but I bit my lip and went for it. The games played very tight and the bonus went by like the wind...poof. I did not try to deposit any money after that. The support however was responsive but the experience was poof. 2 stars for you

This is an average casino, but not really for my taste. Made only 1 deposit there but frankly got bored and lost all money playing Betsoft games, the other softwares didn't speak to me at all. Tried to contact the support about their bonuses but got many errors and gave up. Wouldn't really recommend.

this site just doesnt do it for me, the games software they have is probably the worse out there of all the games softwares and the bonuses just arent up to scratch when it comes to deposits. plus the downloable casino takes ages to load and hardly ever works and the live chat is never available which is pointless so then you have to wait a bout a week for them to get back to you by email!!!
