I took their 200% bonus and deposited $10, well I hit a $204 line hit on a .50cent bet then raised my bet to .75cents and hit the bonus for $315, right after that I noticed I had no access to my account, went into chat and after sending a screenshot the gal was “I’ve never seen this let me escalate it” yeah, sure. I continued to play and went back into chat and some guy told me the problem was that I was logged in? And to log out and tech would take a look but it would take 15-20 days! Lol! I continued to play, resigned to the fact I wouldn’t get paid and spun it all out. But at one point I somehow got into my transaction history and noticed my $10 etransfer but also 2 deposits for $40 and $45 that didn’t go through because I always transfer $ that I’m going to gamble with into that account and at that point it was empty so they may have tried to steal $85 from me as well. The worst online casino experience in a long time.

I use Skrill, Neteller and Paysafe as deposit methode because I do not use credit card or bank account due privacy. Bonuses from this casino is not for Skrill and Neteller users which I think a very bad move. I do not think I am the only one who thinks so. Other than that, this casino has plenty games in their library from various great brands. I do not like the long pending time on withdrawals, this gives the players a temptation to reverse it and lose.

They have solid licence and nice welcome bonus but when you look a little bit closer and see the max payout for month is 7000$ that's pretty poor.Imagine you hit a Jackpot it will take years till you collect your money.And yes their pending period of 24-48h is really awful.
