Rebate took 24 hours to claim because they were unable to see my wagering , then once i got it the game i wanted to play was down for another 24 not to mention i had to reload the game often while playing. And when i asked how long the game was gona be down for it they said soon ya 20 hours later (i was playing side bet blackjack in there mini games)

casino has a great selection of games but after spending $200 there in a weekend and then asking for the 20% rebate they say they offer, they tell me I have to sign up or transfer my bonus program, so I did and then no rebate because it is not retroactive. So did me no good because I refuse to play there again.

Unusual casino. I have not seen such providers in one place. I did not like the fact that the minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal of funds is 50 euros. It's a lot for me. I liked the support service. She is very friendly and fast. Unfortunately, I was not able to win.

forget about ever retrieving your login info if you forget it. and if I remember correctly this casino is in the same family of casinos as5 dimes which is being investigated for money laundering..?

At first when I joined even though it is a rtg site I actually had a decently fun time. I believe it was because one of the new games came out and any , and I mean any break from the rtg usual is a plus. Island Casino is quite old one as I know. This casino provides only Welcome bonus for Sportsbooks (only ?) and the cashback schemes were not that simple either. And actually three casinos are the same - SportBet, Island casino. And more surprisingly, you can log in these casinos with one ID. This is one of the rarely good casinos based in Costa Rica where many scams are, too :)

this casino is JUST LIKE "5dimes" casino.. it confusing....i remember it took me like at least 20 minutes to figure out HOW to download 5dimes.. and this one I SERIOUSLY COULDNT FIND the "download" button.. i had to download it from the google page. the regular rtg platform casino is my favorite..but with a higher min deposit and seems like their require documents BEFORE even DEPOSITING-with no free tryout.. im not in a huge hurry to deposit. i tried it for free for a little while..but i hate play money (so BORING!) it SEEMS that they have their act together on the surface.. but for right now im gonna have to agree with the average and say 2.5 stars also :/ -ho-hum

A strange mix of software providers that this casino offers in its package with a sportsbook to match makes it not only unique but one I personally had to investigate for myself , with none of the games really appealing to me as I find those games dull the sports section is where my interest and cash funds find there play

For sure I have seen much better including same gambling options, but this layout just so funny and atractive that I Decided to take a shot. Deposited 20 dollars and got no bonus at all, played some slots ( some of them seen first time) lost till 10 and went to sportsbook. Made several bets with odds under 1.5 and made 36 dollars within 3 days. After that, tried slots once again with bigger bets ( 0.50 - 0.75 ), but no luck - lost quick.

Upon first glance, I enjoyed the look of this site. I was hoping that I would like everything they had to offer as well, however, I found myself disappointed. I found the site to be a bit difficult to navigate as well as a bit inconsistent when it comes to functioning. Links do not always work correctly for me when I have played here. I found that the detail on any given page here is extremely minimal. I also was not too impressed when it came to their gaming options. They have a wide range to choose from, but when it comes to quality, I was a little disappointed. I have also noticed that the customer support here is not very consistent either. I have contacted them a couple of times since I have played here and both times I received completely different service. This is not the worst site I have played at, but overall, it just seems to be too inconsistent for me.
