Situation is soon "resolved" KYC will be completed without the need to resubmit info. I can reapply my "remaining" withdrawal.. and once the 4hr pending period has passed.. it will be dealt with. Too... Much... Facepalm.... tongue is sore from biting back angry tirade and taking out frustration on poor CS worker who is not at fault and is working hard to help.. My rating? I think I'll hold off on that for a while for now.. I'll get back to you..

Ok if you like their restricted providers list. Found it a little weird when one of their chat support agents gave me his personal email address? Support agents name was female but when i googled email address it matched a male so stopped depositing there after this.

Great name and awesome theme to the casino and besides their decent welcome package they offer a lot of reload bonuses through email. They also have a very good selection of slots and providers. On the flip side I find the have a weak reward program that is random and not set in stone. I also find its hard to get a freebie here. Chat support is NO SUPPORT. 10 FREE SPINS per day is the condition to their first deposit bonus. So how could I have claimed 3 sets of 10 free spins (all at the same time) not on 1 occasion but 3. Thinking players are too soft or too lazy to argue over a few spins is WRONG. If House of Jack does this 20% of their players, how many free spins is that? And of those missing out on the free spins, how many could've have won? Is this not a breach of their license? Deposited a fair bit here since theyve began operating..some good bonuses (when they work) Staff are very Hot and cold...Id say majority of the chat support dont know what they re doing as i constantly have to reach out and ask why my bonuses arent being added. I have spent hours on chat since joining, getting frustrated and having to send screenshots of my deposits and the terms and conditions(which sorry, they should know) for them to believe what I'm saying and have what I'm owed added manually.
