the very big negative is this casino has is only offering a download version of its casino, no mobile or instant play site is not only limiting them to new players accessing the casino but also reflects poorly on them as an old stale casino compared to what the standard is currently, the games are outdated on top of that with no new playtech games available , this casino was honestly only worth playing at for the 30$ free chip they were offering at the time when i registered , knowing what i know now i would rather save the data used to download the casino and its old games than played the no deposit bonus

On first look this is very nice casino. Great design, nice software and very nice look will attract a lot of players. Only problem is that this casino is very lazy when it comes to withdrawal. Simple withdrawal when your account is verified and when everything is OK can take up to 7 days. That happened to me several times and that is very annoying. Beside that I don't have complaints.

Casino doesn't work from may 2015. The same problems have other customers ( info on *************). Golden Galaxy is blaclisted casino in other sites. Without comments.

well first of all the bonus given is non-cashable you can play with it and wager it required amount of times but you cannot withdraw anything expect the winnings you make which is still fine and you can try it for free average playtech but worth trying :)

This is a very good Playtech software powered casino. I played there long time ago, probably a year ago, and I had the best time! I claimed there 25$ no deposit bonus they had for new players. Had no luck with wagering, but afterwards played there a couple more times and made one successful withdrawal. Good support recommended!

Great, I love Playtech gaming slot machines. Registration was easy and got 50$ no deposit bonus instantly. Played 2 days to wager my bonus, but no success. Lost all money. Only at now I saw that withdrawal pending time is 96h. That's sick. I can give only 1 star, because it's bad service, but good slot machines.

Came here because I got a giant deposit match offer in my e-mail and I wondered about the winning part of things, here. I see that there is next to no comment about winning, or about cashing out. I am interested, but if the wagering requirment is huge, as people say, and no one seems to have a cash-out experience, here, I am not sure that I want to put any cash out there. Still undecided.

I had no problem registering here but immediately after completing the sign up form I was given an error message telling me my account had been locked out of the system. After contacting support I was informed that I had been marked as a bad player or suchlike by playtech, which seems unlikely as I am a regular depositor at many major playtech casinos eg Paddy Power, Corals, Betfred etc. I'm not sure what the deal is, but I won't be going back!
