I played the free $25 and made the wagering requirements. I requested a $100 withdrawal Mon 7/27 to my Use My Wallet account & I received an email on Wed 7/29 stating my withdrawal had been reversed per my request. I found that odd because I never requested a reversal. So I called the casino & spoke with a operator & she could not explain why this had happened. So I again requested a $100 withdrawal on Wed 7/29 & I got home today & there was another email stating my withdrawal had been reversed! I called the casino & received a recording stating all the operators were assisting other customer & to leave a message or call back later (Oh boy). So I again send another email stating I never requested a reversal of my withdrawal & and asked that my account be flushed & my request be processed. The casino also requires that you make a $35 to get the $100....at this point I\'m very reluctant to deposit any amount. Can someone please assist me? Thanks - Michelle~
