The phone support and online chat at this casino is probably the worst I\'ve ever seen. You can literally wait hours for someone to respond online or pick up the phone.

Hi Eskimobabee, Each casino installs their program at your computer. Some of these programs are known for checking your Ip address, you computer\'s serial number ( motherboard etc ), all in order to confirm you dont have multiple accounts and that players are genuine.. This is why some of the anti virus programs recognize it as a Tojan Virius. Technically it can be considered as a virus, but in fact it is harmless. Its pretty common thing among online casinos. I attempted to download the casino and my computer informed me that there was a Trojan Horse. I followed the link from LCB site. Not sure what might have happened 3/2/2011
