Okay, this casino had high wager and requirements l think I would almost always lose. It’s hard to get past. Other than that I like their customer service and there games.

Customer support is good now. They had a little trouble early on but for the past month, I've had no trouble contacting cs. They still have some bugs to work out on the site, but they have been more than generous to me. I'll deposit again.

I dunno, I suppose this site is okay. I like that it's not another real time gaming casino. So there's a notch in the plus column. Wagering requirements are way to high. Cashout times are way to long. I've said it before and I'll keep saying it. The more brands that start adopting the instant cashout option, the more successful said brands will be.

If you were thinking about depositing here I would think again. It's nothing but a money pitt. You can't win here and they are very shady . I sent 3 deposits with them.reason being the first time I deposited I was actually doing quite well but still I lost and I thought "ok I made some bad choices" so I tried again. I have emailed them and they responded saying it was probably taken out for transaction fees. But that's an outright lie. I can see how much they got from me. I really like their game selection and I thought it looked like a promising casino to try out. I liked it so much, I even made a second deposit and that's when everything went wrong. There is '"NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL", try and try as I might to get a hold of someone with no avail. The second deposit the bonus wasn't together with my deposit. It was separated.Not at all like the first deposit. I had no idea why it was like that and actually it didn't look like they even gave me bonus. Because I couldn't get a hold of anyone all night long, I played my deposit money not knowing of when or if I'd ever get to play with the bonus money and that totally affected the way I played. Of course I lost everything because my gameplay sucked due to it. I ve tried live chat, calling, and emailing them and this is day 2 with no response. I never ever play at a casinos that don't offer support. I won't be going back.
