yellonek the payouts are not that fast.It took like 10 working days to receive my money on my Visa card.I don't consider that a fast payout.But what I like here is that they have good deposit bonuses.How long does it take to receive the money via Skrill?

I think you always have to make a verification deposit, but you don't have to play your deposit.You deposit and after you cash-out you deposit + winnings.
