no options for lanquage, i did'nt understand anything, was confusing, i send email, response few hour after. for people who do not speak the language it is quite complicated. I for one have never managed to get the free spins. I did not know how to do it, I did not understand anything that I saw or read. and I stubbornly stuck for a good 25 minutes and never succeeded.

I must say I find the look of the casino site good but its bad that it doesnt have a mobile site and i registered me over a special link with which I got 5 Euro no deposit bonus, i was asked before the registration that is the right link by the support and at that time they answered really fast but after the signup i wrote the second message and they needed a week to answer on it, i forget to fill out my Profile and after I had this done (i done it 5 min after the mail). i wrote a new instant Messege to them and now I'm waiting 2 weeks for an answer, a live support isnt there and at the instant Messeger they need 24HOURS to give a answer, so the support is the worst.

i dont like a lot this casino , it does not have live support !I asked them something for welcome bonus and they did not answer me ! I contacted them twice and i got no answer !
You have that Australians can play and being a new one, I thought, well it must be right, so I did the registration, which at first is only your name, email and DOB, then I had to verify, so did that and then it asked me if I want to play in demo for a bit or go ahead and claim my no deposit bonus. I was thinking, yay!! Didn't know they had one, so completed all my details and clicked claim bonus banner and then and only then, it tells me that players from my country cannot play there. What a waste of time :(

Casino itself looks good but the banking methods look like they are turned only to "deposit" and "withdraw = no friendly" many options to deposit, but only 3 to withdraw.... e-wallets ca be used to deposit but not to withdraw? not go withdraw only to visa, check or transfer, makes me feel like what they want is keep the money on their side more time disliked it

i saw they had merkur slots and i deposited here. the site and his looks nothing special but i had a good time playing here support was friendly it was no live support but email but fast and good i made only a small deposit but managed to play for a long time until my luck changed. overall nice casino to play nothing special but good games to play for hours .
