i really dont like this casino. not friendly suport, they dont even to try to help you, my problem were sorted only after lcb team helped me, lost deposit with bonus very quick, low rtp or my luck :)

I haven't played much - only few spins with bonus money won by no deposit free spins. So my evaluation is a bit shallow. The only thing that I don't like is that the full screen mode shows quite big instant deposit buttons above the game screen. It's distracting and I had to reset the zoom level of the page to 30%...

In general I liked my experience in Ego. Easy navigation, friendly bonuses and withdraw options. Only issue i have is with live support. Quite often they are "investigating" simple matter for 15-20 minutes. Also quite rude approach. Wouldn't say no to this casino, but there are better options out there.

I am writing this comment after I have got my winnings to neteller account. It took 7 days to receive my money. Not good because they approved my documents very quickly same day and info on lcb about withdrawals time is different. But it was also Easter so maybe this is a reason why it took so long. But in general I was really satisfied with Ego Casino. Website is great, its very easy to find what you need. There are a lot of slots from different providers but I didnt like that I cant add slots to favorites list just in the games lobby. I must enter a slot first. And for me its very important because when I come to new casino I immediately adding them. But its not the end of the world. Speaking about my gaming time so it was really good because my deposit was only 10 euros plus 10 from bonus and I finished with 350 eur withdrawal. So for now I give them 3.5 of stars but maybe in the future I will change my rating.

I was going to play this casino all happy but then had suddenly a bad feeling. I decided to investigate and do safety check everyone should like reading terms, looking at deposit/withdrawal options, "test" support etc. I quickly realized that they had no withdrawal options for me, they would advertise deposit in bitcoin but do not offer any cash out option for bitcoin depositors. I went ask support about it and was told in a rude way that the options are already displayed and that's it. I close the tab and never returned.
