Watched this casino languish then extinguish, in almost the longest, slowest, most painful casino closures of all time, if not the longest. AND the most painful. But ...cashing out was like pulling teeth. You had to stand on this casino's face, preferably with work boots on, and pull with all your strength. Then come away with a crumpled printed out e-mail judging that somehow you failed to qualify. Yet no amount of complaints quelled them. Finally they were euthanized, by websites full of the afflicted. RIP.

As an update, CDS have now closed my second \"dispute\" without ever even contacting me. They provided the awesomely helpful solution that I \"should contact the casino\" regarding my issue, despite me sending them the four, ignored emails that I have already sent. I have absolutely no doubt that \"CDS\" are actually part of the casino, and are of no use whatsoever. I have no confidence in them and I would advise people against wasting their time with CDS.

joshac, sorry, couldn\'t work out how to PM you ! Username is \"hugarse\" and they will tell you that I cancelled my MB deposit which is just not true. MB confirm that Cirrus took my money and have never refunded it. Cirrus refuse to reply to any emails whatsoever and CDS just closed my dispute and also now refuse to respond.

Sorry but the best Casino I have played in ??? I actually live in Southampton myself, but cannot get any response from either Cirrus or \"Central Dispute Systems\". My money has been taken from moneybookers, but lost in the system but I cannot get anyone from Cirrus or CDS to look into it. I am now out of pocket and very unhappy !
