It is with a heavy heart that I have to change my review and experience with BTCVegas. It seems that if you get really lucky the good experience diminishes and you start getting screwed with. I played a lot, got really lucky and cashed out. Eddie the VIP manager stated that my new cash out limit was 1 Btc a week. They paid me according to that. I then had to work in California for a few weeks and advised them that I would be there and unable to play as much. What little I didn’t play I was able to win .6 btc and cashed out. Today I was supposed to be paid and was told that since I only played 1.4 btc last month my new withdraw limit was .3btc a week and even though they just told me this they are making it effective on this old Withdraw request. That is a huge drop especially when I advised them I would be out of Town and unable to play as much. I really thought this casino was different from the rest and I thought they were my friends. But honestly they are if you are losing, not so much if You are winning. Based on this, I sadly can not recommend this casino any longer.

I have been playing here for several months and absolutely love it! I have played a lot of online casinos and Eddie the manager treats me like a VIP every time. Sure if you don’t make a lot of deposits your withdraw level will be lower but once you reach VIP status it is smooth sailing. Payouts processed quickly, fair games, great customer service! I literally only signed up for this site to WARN all players to avoid this site. They only process bitcoin, which is fine, but what they don’t reveal to you is the extensive withdrawal process (~100 fold worse than any other bitcoin exclusive casino...which would normally process immediately or within an hour). I won at one point, followed all the requisite playthrough, and TC requirements, and upon withdrawing my “withdrawable balance” of “.12BTC” was told that upon review of my account only .04btc was allowed per week. Their reasoning was that i was new and the limit was reasonable for new players. I play on 4 other sites (namely Fortunejack, mBitcasino, bitcoincasino.us, and bitcoinpenguin) ALL of which have somewhere between 5-15 BTC limit for new players to withdraw. So the btc Vegas sets their standards arbitrarily and case-by-case to limit their loss. And they also intentionally divide their “support staff” with their “finance staff” in order to delegate responsibility and blame. I actually call d this company out the first time they did this to me, and actually and amazingly have the entire conversation(s) saved for this sole purpose to help anyone looking to patronize this company. Way too many terms when it comes to playing with cryptocurrency. Was super pumped that a BTC casino was going to focus on RTG casinos but the T&S are outrageous.

The bad first, very high play-through on all bonuses, their terms and conditions are very confusing, as they are very contradictory. One section says one thing, another says something else. Hard to know what to pay attention to. Playing with mBtc instead of $ is very confusing. Also the minimum bets are the same as they would be if you were playing $. So let's take Rudolph's Revenge for example. This slot is normally a set $2 bet or 2 mBTC which is about $20 per bet instead. So be very careful that you understand how much you are betting. When I did manage to win on my first deposit, the support rep was pretty condescending in general. Even though the coupon (200% first deposit) says no max cashout, he tried to say that any coupon over 150% is 5X max cashout. When I responded that the coupon says no max cashout he backed off a little but acted like they were doing me a favor by paying me. Here is an example of the terms contradictions: Welcome Bonus states 200% no max cashout. 8.1.11) If a player claims a bonus of 150% or more of their deposit, the maximum withdrawal amount will be 5 times the deposit amount after fulfilling all wagering requirements associated with the bonus credited. The remainder of the requested withdrawal will be voided. 6.2.3) In addition to the above, when processing withdrawals, if the accumulated deposits of a player do not exceed mɃ 100, the player is only entitled to a maximum amount of 20 x this amount in a withdrawal request (based on his winnings). Example: accumulated deposits mɃ 20, winnings mɃ 550, withdrawal request is mɃ 550, effective payment mɃ 400, mɃ 50 are reduced from the player's balance. Right there are 3 different terms...which applies??? All that being said, they did pay out with no documentation required. That is a big bonus. They do lock you down if you are non-vip to about $1000 per week withdrawal, which again is stated nowhere... They really need to clear up their bonus rules and T&C and make them much simpler. There are additional max cashout rules if you are using a bonus for table games. I think in general you are better off playing elsewhere, but if you do decide to play here read the T&C's and ask questions if you aren't sure.

Used a 20 free spin bonus. Then those winnings have a play through required (as expected) but also, to get those winnings for your play through you then had to make a deposit or “discard” the winnings. Also, your balance, winnings, etc were all in bitcoin currency. Makes it more confusing

I am kind of a fan of crypto currency and the casinos that deal with the currency, so naturally this one caught my attention. I registered no problem, verified my account and email, easy peasy. Activated the 20 no deposit spins in the coupon menu, very easily and the game lucky6 looked and ran pretty great as well. Everything was great until my free spins were done, but they aren't no deposit spins really, because you cant use any of the winnings until you deposit some real money anyways. That's absurb. That is not a No-Deposit-Bonus. That's a standard deposit bonus, and 50x on deposit bonuses is unheard of. I can think of 2 out of hundreds of online casinos that make you go thru a 50x WR (Drake & Gossip Slots). Most deposit bonuses carry a 25x - 40x WR, and that is at online casinos that have been around for years and years. This is a brand new online casino offering a No-Deposit-Bonus of 20 FS (which it's not) then requiring a deposit to keep your earnings, and wrapping it in a 50x WR bow. Red flag to me.
