This was the WORST casino experience ever. Honestly, this was the worst casino I've ever played at. Save yourselves from being robbed, frustrated and wasting your time. The customer service is terrible, the reps unbelievably rude and my chat session lasted nearly an hour and Krys, the rep "helping" me only said that was because she was busy with other clients. I have screenshots of everything to back up all these details. They lost/robbed part of my deposit. I deposited a trial amount as I do with new casinos, of $60, and they insist that it was only $56. I even sent them the screenshot of my instadebit receipt showing that I deposited $60. "Krys" insisted that my deposit was actually $56.92 although she saw that my receipt was for a deposit of $60 and with the Instadebit $1 fee, the total was $61. I warn all of you, unless you love to be frustrated and spend your time and money NOT having fun, stay far away from this casino. The games load very slowly, the customer service is TERRIBLE and the reps incredibly rude, plus they'll probably skim a few bucks of the top of your deposit as well. Worst casino I've ever played at. :(
