I've won money and received payouts several times. My issue revolves around deposits. I use e-transfer, which used to work well until recently. Now it seems like a toss-up whether the money will appear in your MGM account. The process now takes 2-4 days to get your money. When I inquire why it no longer works, the response is always: use a credit card. But that's not feasible! Update. I didn't pursue the failed deposit. After some time, the money was returned to me via e-transfer. The issue resolved itself, but it took quite a while.
