Seems they got alot of players 'by their nose' when their website was still under construction and offered 100 free spins no deposit upon registration called the Early Bird bonus! Then they prosponed 3 to 4 times getting their website online. First the countdown clock gets additional hours and when the countdown was done they added some extra weeks and done this several times! When they finally got in 'the air' of course you can guess it.. no EarlyBird bonus because you need an confirmation email of wich i know nobody got it after checking lots of forums. The login data from signinup also did not work no more. Really 'smart' way to collect peoples data. I do not recommend playing at this casino!

This review is a bit late, but still valid. I registered on this site for the free spins offer about a month ago, and my spins were not credited automatically the next friday like it was supposed to. They did not have any livechat visible by then, so I sent a ticket which took them 11 days to reply and credit my spins so the support is very slow. Also their support page shows "Email: [email protected]", and the "[email protected]" link points out to error code 404. This site was not done carefully, as they are leaving broken links and their support is slow to answer. I would play somewhere else.

first of all the promo is not valid anymore 1-2-2020 and when i asked about it the guy explained it was finished and give me a link with the promo page there it was again with a big advertising on the top , 20 free no deposit for signing up . so i was typing to live chat and in the middle of my typing the guy ended the chat, i wanted to ask about the welcome bonus , they only show bonus that is already more then 2 weeks at is end and no welcome bonus to find .and very bad live chat.
