This casino is part of the same group as polder and all Irish casino. I love this group and really enjoy playing on their wide range of slots. However they need to look at a few things to improve their brand, firstly their mobile site logs you off and required you to log back into the casino when you move around their slots. This is super frustrating. Another issue is that their withdraw takes long to process and remains pending in your account for quite some time. Plus there support is not always available at certain times and some agents can be very rude and not very helpful at times. Promotions are not always sent to you via email and I've had to read on forums many times that I could have free spins available on my account. A notification would be nice. I like a few of the casinos in the L & L group, this group owns some really great casinos, allirish, allbrittish, no bonus casino and polder casino and they all great but one very very big issue is this from my experience it feels like and I'm Pritty positive that the support that this group offers are severely overworked and its resulted in one support agent being so rude I'm considering closing my accounts I k is they over worked as I've been with the group for just over two months now called in on different times and days and have always been transferred to the same 5 staff This group have at least 7 casinos , but limited staff available resulting in poor customer service although to be fair it is only one agent there thaf does not give w crap the others actually do over and above considering the the pressure they under To work on Ireland, Britan, Australia, Netherlands and Germany the traveling alone will kill them :p
