I have been around wayyy too long. I used to love Rival games and it is very sad to see so many Rival casinos on the black list. Hopefully a good Rival casino will come along in the future .

This casino is the worst casino I’ve ever played at. Well one of the worst 5 I’ve ever played. They will flat out lie to you on customer serve ice then they are also flat out rude, borderline of bullying their players. They will not pay out and will not honor the deposit bonuses. Stay away from this casino they are stealing your money and don’t even bother to try to hide that fact

This place is seriously suspect. I didn't receive any type of registration bonus when I signed up. Forgot all about it until a week later when I got an email offer for a $10 free chip. Played it, made it through wagering, went to cash out and boom! The stalling tactics have begun. I'm so sick of casinos taking advantage of players time and money. If your gonna be in this industry, you have to have players that trust you. That is not the case here. Lame. Stay away.

This casino is constantly sending me $10 free chip notices in my email. Most casinos would do this. Now I never got the chance to make it through my playthrough to cash out hopefully there wouldn't be any trouble there. Anyways, Thanks, Tropica.

Awesome casino I got a free chip from this casino and I cashed out with $100. I had $215 but then I found out I can only receive $100. whatever atleast its something. I got paid in a month because I had to send in all the documents such as drivers license a utility bill. Other than that thought this is a great casino. I would play here again cause that free chip was golden.

I agree with the last few reviews of this casino. They do continuously send you free chips, which most players know is just a no-no to play more than 2 in a row, however, this was the very 1st online casino I ever played at several years ago, and I just simply wasn't aware of the multiple bonus rule. So, on about my 8th or 9th free chip, I ran it up to a couple hundred bucks, and when I contacted CS, I was told to be in violation of their policies, and my account was locked. Waited about a week, got to reading other casinos T&C's, as well as Tropica's, and came to realize that this was standard, so I did accept their decision. I then (still be a newbie) decided that I wanted to make a deposit. Now, I'm glad that never came to fruition. But, instead of CS listening to my "side" and earning my potential deposit, they just stopped responding altogether. Or, I was to be transferred to an account manager or something. It became frustrating after a couple of weeks, so I gave up. I'm glad I did now. I liked their games. I had fun on my 8 Free Chips. Ha! But, I soon realized that their customer service is their downfall. I considered that if I would have actually won following the rules, then this is a company that can absolutely just ignore and not pay, and wouldn't care. They are not a good casino, and what separates these casinos, because there are dozens and dozens of Rival software casinos, is their customer service. Games are the same across the board. Service is not. These guys are at the bottom of the barrel, as is shown here @ LCB. Stay away.

hi casino is a big time cheat and scammer!! They email u constantly with $10 free coupons to try their casino so i finally did. well with the $10 free i got up to $250 and did there playhthrough requirments. Then when I tried to cash out the max u are allowed they locked my account. I casino is a load of crap

I warn you to not play here.This is a blacklisted site as it is.I have had nothing but bad experiences here. Literally NO customer support,very sketchy terms and conditions and ID theft has been reported,even mine I do believe.I would steer clear,agree with others,but my own personal experience was just as negative.

I advise all players to be extremely careful to deposit and play at this casino..It's waste of time and money...I never hear one player be paid from tropica..I signed, got the no deposit bonus, full wager the bonus..Then, they refused to pay like all players before me..They usually found the specific reason to not pay..Plz stay out from it.
