Experience was ok. Decent customer service. Decent games. Bonuses could be better and RTP seems low. Website was fine to navigate but could definitely use some updating

Sun Palace casino has a great theme, look and feel. There are tons of tournaments to take part in, although it is costly to add on to most of them. The player is spoilt for choice when it comes to the number of games available to play. Just be warned, deposit bonus winnings are capped. Also worth mentioning are the sheer number of free bonuses available! Awesome.

When i review these casinos the only thing i can really say is that i did claim the free spins and from what i can remember everything went smooth. This casino has been around a long time and i enjoyed the games. I have only cashed out at a few casinos so i did not make it that far. This casino is still worth a shot with the free promo.

On top of it being really hard to win, I also had issues depositing money into my account. The bonus rules were so unclear that I’m still not sure how to wager them properly. So I’m definitely not planning to play at this casino again.

It was a hassle to get in touch with support, and when I finally did, they had no idea how to fix my issues. The games freeze all the time, and my account is sometimes blocked without warning.

It was ok in the beginning and then I dont know what happened but it keeps getting worse so many issues high wager i dont know you can always try maybe I was the only one unlucky but it was getting getting help and not having to repeat the same thing over and over but nothing to do I just gave up
