I've played here for a long time but I will not be playing here anymore. After waiting over 45 minutes to connect with an agent. I was told that a promotion I had been sent was a deposit bonus & that I wouldn't be credited the spins. Absolutely nowhere in the email did it state that a deposit was needed.

Made it through the no deposit bonus and where do I begin. The hoops they wanted me to jump through were crazy to say the least. It started off innocent the date and slotvibe on a piece of paper and take a selfie. Sure I can do that np. But after that it was requestt after request after request. For example: - It needs to be textured paper -Your whole arm isnt in the picture somebody else could be holding it. -We need your id in the picture as well. -We need something with your address in the picture. -Stand in front of your house and take a selfie holding the documents with your street number visible. I eventually told her we can do a zoom call and she can have dinner with my family and I. She said shes gonna speak to a manager and never got back to me. I didnt pursue it. They can keep there $50

no deposit bonus not working. When you connect to the live chat, the mail is not given to those who do not come, they do not give it because you came through the wrong connection. they also put a 50€ limit on their deposit spins. I suggest paying attention to an unfair casino.
