I've played here for a long time but I will not be playing here anymore. After waiting over 45 minutes to connect with an agent. Made it through the no deposit bonus and where do I begin. The hoops they wanted me to jump through were crazy to say the least. It started off innocent the date and slotvibe on a piece of paper and take a selfie. Sure I can do that np. But after that it was requestt after request after request. For example:
- It needs to be textured paper
-Your whole arm isnt in the picture somebody else could be holding it.
-We need your id in the picture as well.
-We need something with your address in the picture.
-Stand in front of your house and take a selfie holding the documents with your street number visible.
I eventually told her we can do a zoom call and she can have dinner with my family and I. She said shes gonna speak to a manager and never got back to me. I didnt pursue it. They can keep there $50

Let my 15 year old nephew on their site to gamble and when he realised it was 18+ and my brother contacted them to close his account and refund his deposit they refused and asked for unreasonable amounts of identification from the whole family wanted all their IDs apparently my 15 year old nephews bank card and birth certificate was not enough. Spent hours trying to sort It out they are refusing to do anything so the family is now in the process of taking legal action they took no responsibility at all and shouldn't be allowed to let kids gamble they are going to be in for a shock once my family is done with them.
