The only downside for the site is probably the lag in its games. I said that there is no lag in the payment stuff, but the games do get a little bit laggy at times. Some say that there are a little bit of improvement in the past few games since that there are a lot of games to contend with, and they have a much better feedback now. Some also claim that there is too much effort on the side of games that are recently added by the site which makes it very lovable for so many players too.
