Yes, this can be marked as solved. I love the response from the representative. But i would suggest support to give some sort of explanation on the matter and a custom solution like Alexander did for my case. Maybe update T&C and some more info on the site for people depositing via Mastercard. So no problems arise

Rouge casino in my opinion. I got verified docs and stuff. Im living in Malta right now. Ok withdraw team says I have to withdrawl to the same method I deposited no problem there. deposited trough Mastercard, but wait they offer only 2 withdraw options - Wire or Crypto. No problem there too i’ll ship it via wire. But got rejected! Reason I have to have Maltese bank account?! I explained that there isn’t a policy where they can force me to open Maltese bank account(none of my flatmates even have one). But got email from support that there is no other way!
