We players we choose an offer from a online casino we think about the possibility if our deposit get wiped out in wagering process at least we have got free spins as backup so I deposited as per their promo $20 and they have offered FS on slot Book of the fallen. When I tried to play my FS the game not started, so I contacted customer support who advised me to clear cookies and change browser but did not work so I told this to customer support who assured me she will forward my complaint to respective department and who will email me regarding this issue.But sadly there was no email from this casino so I again contacted customer care and requested some other slot for free spins as the slot they have allotted for FS not working casino representative said that as my amount deposited is used and have no balance in my account so she cannot help now regarding free spins but she can do a favour and she can issue 20 FS complementary which I have not accepted.I think this kind of attitude by this casino is annoying as we expect that casino with such high rating will treat their customers fairly but I am very much disappointed by customer support attitude of this casino.

I have been waiting for the answer to my email for a whole day, the support works not very fast and accurate. There are many games to play and myriads of providers. The design is pretty ok, there are no bright colors used, and I liked it. There is an app for mobile phones and I liked it because I can play wherever I want, but it's not very stable and freezing sometimes.
