So... I don't even know HOW to proceed with this casino. I was a member here before it became iGAMING, and I transferred my account over to the Ontario Players version as we are supposed to do... and from that point forward, I have not been able to get in. This casino has some serious "blocks" in place, such as asking questions as to how much you deposited on such and such date, which is a little much... specially when you can't get in to see what your previous deposits are. I have never gotten a code to my phone, which is necessary to ENTER. When I go to the live chat to try to get assistance with this, I have been asked the most ridiculous questions that one would NOT know offhand, and seeing as I haven't been able to enter, I will not ever know the answers to these questions. And these questions render the chat agents to tell me that I am not eligible to enter today, that I have answered the questions wrong, and that I should try again in 24 hours. I have once already told them to close my account, then a year and a half later decided I'd give it a try again, and guess what? THEY DID EXACTLY THE SAME THING. I HAVE YET TO GET IN! LeoVegas, guys - please rethink these questions, it is not Fort Knox, people would like to get IN to perhaps play, and this by far has been the most frustrating experience I have had in a long time. I cannot rate the casino itself, I have not made it in that far and it has been about 2.5 years. Wish me luck.

I give this casino the highest rating as it is my preferred site along side, royalpanda and rizk. There are regularly updated promotions and bonuses daily. I find the customer service representatives are extremely helpful and i like talking to a human that understands the issue and quickly resolves it. The withdrawal times are instant in certain methods, i would like to encourage considering a withdrawal lock feature.

been playing at leovegas for over a year now and its definitely one of the better casinos out there. overall really solid experience with just a few minor issues. starting with the games - the selection is genuinely impressive. they have slots from basically every major provider you can think of. the new games section gets updated weekly so theres always something fresh to try. big fan of their exclusive leovegas studio games too which you cant get anywhere else. mobile experience is really good. their app works well on both ios and android, loads pretty fast and the mobile approach definitely shows. face id login is convenient and everything feels smooth most of the time. occasionally get the odd glitch but nothing major. customer service is actually pretty decent. available 24/7 via live chat and they usually know what theyre talking about. had a few questions about bonuses and withdrawals and they sorted most things out quickly. sometimes you get generic responses but generally helpful. withdrawals are where they do well - much faster than most places. ive had money back in my account within hours sometimes, especially with paypal. minimum withdrawal is only £10 which is great and no withdrawal fees. verification was straightforward. just uploaded id and utility bill and was sorted within a day. no major hassles there. live casino section is really good with their exclusive leovegas studio powered by evolution gaming. decent selection of blackjack, roulette, baccarat tables with real dealers in hd. deposit options work fine - all instant with no fees. £10 minimum deposit is reasonable. few downsides though - they dont accept crypto which is annoying in 2025. also noticed the rtp on some slots feels a bit lower than other places, especially on pragmatic play games. not a huge deal but noticeable if you play regularly. and while customer support is generally good, sometimes the wait times can be longer than ideal during peak hours. the promotions could be better too. welcome bonus is decent but ongoing promos are pretty limited compared to some competitors. would love to see more regular free spins or cashback offers. security wise theyre fully licensed by uk gambling commission and malta gaming authority so no worries there. responsible gambling tools are good if you need them. overall leovegas is a solid choice that does most things right. fast withdrawals, good game selection, decent mobile app, reliable customer service. the minor issues dont really detract from the overall experience much. definitely worth trying if youre looking for a trustworthy casino that actually pays out.

Tried to use the 1st deposit bonus but somehow it didn't work. Customer service was slow then wasn't any help about it. Played my deposit, no plans on going back. Wouldn't recommend to any family or friends.
