I have a mixed opinion about this casino! They have great bonuses with low wagering requirements, but it happens that the bonus doesnt appear when you claim and deposit. The customer service is very slow and didn’t help. Had to write an email, had an answer a week later. But! They apologized and compensated with a cash bonus wich I really appreciated. Terrible experience, played there for a couple of years, was quite a high VIP level, I wrote a well thought out email to support giving some negative but constructive feedback about the so called "VIP" system and got really badly written 1 line reply to which I replied bluntly expressing my disappointment in the way I was treated given how much money I had spent there which obviously offended the support person. I had made a passing reference in my original email about how it must be nice to not have to worry about retaining customers since there are so many degenerates that will keep filling their pockets and because of that comment the support person said they were "concerned" I had a problem and closed my account, I was speechless but just moved on to another casino

I'd have to change my review since there has been problems when it comes to depositing. From a 4.7 to a 3.7. The reason why is because of depositing via Visa. When I initiate the deposit it goes into this weird page with different messages like your card needs further verification then it loads again and redirects me with other messages and finally it approves it. There's very little wrong at Leo Vegas, they are good at what they do and they have been doing it in award winning, industry leading fashion for many many years and yet they have never managed to appeal to me as a place to spend the majority or even a larger portion of my deposits. As a general explanation, they don't have the banking/payment methods I prefer, they don't prioritize payout speed high enough to my liking and while they have many decent promotions one is just too small a fish in a great big ocean of players so your chances are much better at winning elsewhere. Leo is an OK casino that offers a goods welcome bonus. After that you dont get much from them. A few freespins sometimes and no goodwill. They dont have that good of terms either.
