I am really surprised that merkur software really has great games. The graphics are not great as netent or other top notch software but the payout of those games is quite big. Update: the €2 euro deposit I made to get the promo "buy €2 get €20" now shows in my online bank statement. Surprise! I did not pay €2 but €2.06! The difference may be ridiculously small, this is not entirely fair practice since the amount I paid is not the amount I'm eventually charged... Do they charge fees? If so, such fees should be announced/explained beforehand. This can't be a currency conversion fee since I pay and play in €€€. I'll definitely never play there again. I've just opened an account. Got the promo "deposit €2 euros play with €20". Well, lost it all in ten minutes or so. I tried to reach the live chat operator but nobody answered my queries. I tried and tried and tried again, but no one there to answer my queries (even though the blue tab on the left side of the screen said "chat is online"...) Games are quite boring, nothing impressive... My overall feeling is very negative. Nothing exciting there, even the colours of the site are sad and dull (grey-black-blue).
