I have been trying to close my accounts with them all day. This is a screenshot of the conversation I have had after trying to get my host 4 separate times. Each time she is in a meeting, on a break, in another meeting, leaving for the day etc. I have never cashed anything from this site. Payout takes at least 2 weeks from what I have seen online. I have lost thousands with them.

there should honestly be a cap for the amount of real time gaming casinos in operation so that new ones will stop popping up that deserve to go directly onto the blacklist! keep the good ones and stop letting new ones open up!! I mean come on! Get creative and be original if you expect people to put their hard earned money into your site! I mean come on people!!

The only thing about this casino that matters is that it virtually sucks!! I can’t even come up with enough words for this review since there isn’t anything to say here other than this is the worst place. Nobody should ever play on this casino!! You’ve been warned!!! I only give it point 7 because of the games, every other aspect is zero. I played at this family of sites before knowing better. Now I know their service time in chat is horrible but there withdrawal is rediculous and they will do anything and say anything to avoid paying. Don't use this site

A general rule of thumb I have is to check out all the reviews of a potential place or product. Given the overwhelming majority of negatives here, I reluctantly decided to make a minimum deposit with the bonus. I did win, but weeks later I was waiting on the funds to be sent. Life is far too short and I hate DRAMA and BS. Never again will I play here. Disrespectful for paying customers to be treated in such a way. #STAYAWAY

If your having thoughts of making a deposit here I’d start considering to thinking about using your money elsewhere. It all boils down to who runs these casinos and the people who run this casino could care less about having happy customers. Anyhow if it wasn’t obvious already use my advice and stay away from this casino and it’s sister casinos . Don’t throw away your hard earned money.

I have never deposited here because of the negative feedback, but I tried a ND bonus and did fairly well for a while with it. Failed in the end, but I didn't find the games to be too tight, at least during the bonus play... Probably a bit tighter with deposits.

I have deposited here 3 times but never won a penny.The games are very TIGHT.(slots) And this casino doesn't offer up any "3-d" games I am interested in either.They have live chat but to get someone online in a timely manner is almost impossible! They are very good at giving bonuses but they get eaten away quickly with regular play :(

they are as they say, a terms strict site, and always want things their way, so follow their terms, and you will find them less hostile, hopefully they will diversify as far as offerings, but for now they unfortunately are as they are rated mediocre, and catering to high rollers only it seems.

Like most rtg casinos,lots of free chips to be use in betwen deposits ,but when you try to cash out,the days go on and on,and no money to your account.Wagering requirements hard to fulfill and same slots as other rtg´s. no chance they get my money.

Casino does not pay, bogus terms and conditions and they will spam you mail like it's going out of fashion, this group of casinos really does not do the real time gaming franchise any good, I'm surprised RTG has not suspended their software license

I have played the free chip they offer here but never have deposited here. They are no different then all the other RTG casinos as far as game selection and layout. They are differnt on the other hand in the fact that they are not as up front and honest when it comes to terms and conditons and things like that. I'm not going to deposit at a casino that I don't feel I can trust when there are so many others that are trustworthy and fair

I have contacted them several times. I received an email stating $300 approved and I would have to allow time for payment. I am hoping they can do a Western Union transaction because their rules are you have to deposit checks directly into your bank account and they cannot be cashed. Strange. I do not use a bank. We'll see what happens.

Giving me the runarround. Will never see my winnings. I won $1800 after playing through over $8,000 playthrough wage requirement, after depositing $30 and accepting the 1000% welcome deposit bonus. (rep told me after playthrough requirement was fulfilled... winnings were mine to keep. I understand the rules, and the $270 bonus being deducted from that, maybe even the fee to send me the money, but they are telling me all I can cash out is $300 and it is going to cost me about that to receive it. They can keep it. Never again. If you want to play, play, if you want to cash in, avoid this. Now I'm actually angry with myself for sharing personal id info. I should have researched sites like this BEFORE signing up. Newbie lesson learned!

One of the oldest RTG casino on the net, with this one I had a very bad experience. They refused to pay my winnings of $1500 no matter what I do. The only thing they could tell me was they determind that I had multiple accounts with this casino (kinda ridicolous). I created an account, use the bonus money and two hours later I hit the big win (5 dollar stake). went to cashier and cash out my winnings and two days later money is gone, the reason? read above. stay away from this casino

Well, I'll better stay away from this one and recommend to do so to All You too. Just search for another place with better possibilities to cashout Your winnings , because what could I say more? Just rude place with worst customer service. Delayed payouts and slightly poor T&C's, Heard a lot of complaints with locked accounts and confiscated winnings too.. Total rip off. The offer you money to try the casino and if ever (which was my case) you win, the just void everything. Bad...

Well good luck with their slots, winning rate rougly 50%. I have also tried to win something on blackjack as it's unlocked(just doesn't count towards wagering) and have to say their artificial dealer is a star with 95% winning rate. Simply no chance of winning there unless you're really really lucky. Glad I had the chance to try before buy as I'm not planning to play there for real money.
