I did not know that Buzzluck was blacklisted - but now I know why. I have been depositing here. I actually complained to Buzzluck about the tightness of their games. Oddly enough, I have the opposite experience with them from what I'm reading. Customer service is and always has been phenomenal to me. They tell me about loss bonuses that I was oblivious too, unlike the others I play with. I just made my first withdraw so I can't speak on that but I love the employees.

Deposits never show up in account, customer care is very unhelpful. I've attempted twice now to deposit and lost both my transaction funds.

I am surprised when I found this group of casinos here and especially this brand. I only played the new player free chip but when I read that it is blacklisted I stopped to continue playing more. the only salvageable are the rtg type games but it is unfortunate that there are only 2 casinos with this line of games.

Not particularly a good casino, it is barely a decent one and this due their lack of support towards their customers. I do not care what the positieve reviews say, I had a bad experience with BuzzLuck casino regarding the freebie I received from them. I won't make a long story but one thing I can tell you, friendly does not included in their dictionary.

When I first started playing at Buzzluck, I made a few smallish deposits with no luck. I didn't bother to open up the casino for a couple weeks, but when I did, I went directly to the Live Chat and requested a bonus. Without missing a beat, the Rep granted my request with a $40 bonus. I personally didn't care for this online casino site. I didn't like that you had to download, no instant play that I could see. I don't care for a casino that puts out frequent, lousy bonuses either. I think that shows desperateness or unprofessionalism I suppose to a degree. I don't know of anyone who has gotten a withdrawal nor then of course how it went with it. Buzzluck is a great site from nu works , very easy sign up process and easiness in downloading client is something worth attention. Buzzluck is one of my go to contenders when it comes to different software platforms. Opposite of RTG or any other software Buzzlucks NuWorks platform has a fun interactive gameface. I deposit there a few times a month and have cashed out twice with no hassle.

Buzzluck is interesting because using different software. But there is minus for them becaus they dont have yet flash version. But they are promising at their site that they will have it soon. We shell see:) first deposit bonus is 100% and wagering 25x d+b. Pretty good requirements. Also for ex they have monday deposit bonus is just 67%. Very little. Wagering 25x deposit plus bonus is acceptable. but because of the small bonus size it doesnt looks very attractive.

Buzzluck is part of the Club World Group casinos, which I think are the best casinos using Realtime Gaming software, trustworthy and decent casinos that you can play knowing that you can cashout your winnings. Good casino, for a RTG casino, this is good casino, you dont find many good RTG casinos, but this is a casino from the club world group, very trusted and they pay fast. No problems with verification or anything. Helpful support, many deposit options and software (casino client) and games running without any problems, had some nice wins on this casino and always got my money.

Club World is great but have to say I am not a fan of Nu-works RTG software with a twist . And if a player likes this software this would be the place to play Club World group is rock solid and can be trusted .Myself I prefer Club USA or Lucky red out of the 5 in that group but I like RTG software and love trusted RTG casinos that pay players when they do get lucky and win .This group does and will pay its players but be sure to follow T&C in order to cashout with no issues

this is the only club world casino i can say i'm not a huge fan of. while they do have the same great support staff and bonuses as the rest of the club world group, i find the smaller selection of games, the lack of instant (download only), and the "nu-works" slots and games to be kind of lackluster. somehow this one just lacks the gambling excitement for me. i would still recommend it as a great institution, but personally i'll stick with lucky red, aladdin's gold, or manhattan slots.

this casino didnt pay my winnings, i had claimed no depsoit bonus here and made the playthrough but they didnt pay and closed down my account, they didnt approve my documents same documents have been approved on all my casino accounts , i contacted their chat but they didnt respond, i contacted to one forum also but they didnt respond to them also.

I play instant and prefer not to download, so this casino takes way too long to load when you want to change games. I became bored and did not even finish my free bounus money. The only nice hit I ever had at Buzzluck was on a $50 free chip playing the "The Heat is On" (Fire Fighter Theme Slot). That was Christmas Eve over 3 years ago. Aside from that, I have generally had very poor luck at Buzzluck on Nuworks slots. I know others have hit nice wins at Buzzluck and my level of play is not significant enough to pass judgement. I just had the oddest conversation with Buzzluck Live chat- I asked for a free chip after having made numerous deposits (never a withdrawal) and was told I was not eligible for a free chip because any time I made a deposit with them I took their deposit bonus -she kept referring to it as a "match bonus" which I had to correct her and say they were never "matched" they were a percentage of the deposit, 55%, 67% but never 100%- probably made a dozen deposits and never asked for a free chip..I play a lot at several casinos and always get free chips after deposits, most of the time without even asking for them but never been denied one from anywhere after making several deposits..so odd..

I find this casino has bad and ungly games, I dont like it and I never will (this is my opinion). Yay buzzing Buzzluck Casino!! I lost a load of money at this casino but its weird to say I had fun doing it!! Weird and not very promising, but I went along. There is only a sign up first deposit bonus, a 100% up to $868, but no other bonuses, which was a bit disappointing. Still haven't win a thing, so I can't say anything about the speed of withdrawal. Not sure I will come back though.

They offer a basic comp point structure of 1 comp point for every $10 you wager, and every 100 comp points can be converted into $1 cash with no wagering or cashout restrictions . Like their CW sisters, CW is stringent on documents. Here (and another of their group) I've had my documents denied, irrespective of them being the same I use at every other casino going, costing them my deposits (why deposit if I can't withdraw?). Additionally, CW players are voicing more complaints on the poor service they have been receiving and stalled or delayed payments. If you happen to be from the US, expect greater delays in receiving your funds. Ultimately though, it seems players are getting paid, just at a rate far slower than that of the current industry norm. In a competitive market, slow payments make for a poor PR tool. CW casinos still remain popular (US have become, sadly, limited as to where they can play) so if you aren't fussy on withdraw periods, the games are certainly interesting and unique.

Is there a no deposit bonus offered to new players?

Seeing as all of the other CWC's have a rather descent reputation, I didn't think too much of it before making several deposits and checking out Buzzluck and Nu Works software. Play was rather enjoyable, and even received a $50 comp a few days later (granted I lost several hundred dollars). Approaching the following weekend, I got an email for a 25% cashback promo for any losses during the upcoming weekend. Over the weekend, I lost a few hundred dollars more (although was up a fair amount at one point). A few days later, I contact 'live chat' regarding the 25% cashback that was offered, and was told to send an email to the promotions dept. requesting the cashback promo be credited to my account. Two days(business) passed and no response(even though their web site clearly stated that they will respond within 48 hours). Sent another email......three more days gone by, and nothing. This is highly unacceptable, and I will leery about depositing with any of the other CWC's from now on. I've been seeing an increase of issues directed at CWC lately.......what gives. I did contact 'live chat' again and asked to be advised on the situation. He sent a request to promotions for me and also said he'd follow up with them on Monday when the promo people return from the weekend, so all hope is not lost.....yet. Will update if/when resolved.
