Blueprint Gaming Brings House of the Dragon to Its Slot Lineup

Blueprint Gaming has expanded its portfolio of HBO-inspired slots with House of the Dragon, a new release built around the Targaryen dynasty and a collection of dragon-themed features.

Developed in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences, the slot follows Blueprint Gaming’s earlier Game of Thrones release. That previous title became the company’s strongest-ever global launch across seven of its 10 leading markets.

House of the Dragon moves the focus toward another part of the Westeros franchise, using the Targaryen theme alongside cash-collection mechanics and several feature modifiers.

The game runs on a 20-payline format and allows bets between £0.10 and £1,000. Blueprint Gaming has given the slot a 4/5 volatility rating, while the maximum available win reaches 3000x the stake.

The release also supports a range of languages. These include English, German and Spanish, alongside French-Canadian, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese.

Dragon’s Wheel Opens Several Bonus Routes

The Dragon’s Wheel forms one of the main mechanics in the base game. Players can activate it when a scatter symbol lands together with a Collect Symbol.

The wheel can deliver additional cash prizes, while Dragon Emblems on its mini wheel may award values reaching 150x. The same feature can also provide extra spins.

Players who reach the top wheel prize enter the Dance of the Dragons Spins feature. A second route into that bonus comes through Dragon Egg bonus scatters, which players collect in pots positioned above the reels.

Landing at least three bonus scatters during regular play also triggers Dance of the Dragons Spins directly. The feature begins with 10 spins and includes at least one Dragon Egg enhancement. Additional enhancements can award another five spins when they activate.

Several modifiers can change the way the bonus develops. Dragon’s Chest places Cash Prize symbols on the reels, giving Collect Symbols the ability to gather the visible cash values.

Dragon’s Fire changes the available symbol set during the feature, limiting the reels to Cash Prize symbols, Bonus Scatters, Collect Symbols and blanks.

Fire and Blood can add a random multiplier ranging from x2 to x10 to Cash Prize symbols when the Collect mechanic activates. Dragon’s Hoard can raise visible Cash Prize values by as much as 5x.

Dragon’s Lock adds another variation by allowing Collect Symbols to expand across a reel and start respins. The expanded symbols remain locked while the other reels continue spinning.

Syrax Introduces Additional Reel Effects

Syrax provides another layer of feature activity and can awaken through coin symbols during either the base game or Dance of the Dragons Spins.

Once activated, Syrax can trigger a range of different effects. Bonus Boost places extra bonus scatters onto the reels and guarantees entry into Dance of the Dragons Spins.

Syrax’s Riches adds more Cash Prize and Collect Symbols, while Wild Fire places Wild Symbols on the second, third and fourth reels.

Another effect, Syrax’s Breath, can activate after a spin that produces no win.

These mechanics give the game several entry points into its main bonus and allow different combinations of cash collection, respins and symbol adjustments to shape individual rounds.

Blueprint Builds on Previous Westeros Release

House of the Dragon continues Blueprint Gaming’s use of the wider Westeros franchise following the commercial performance of Game of Thrones.
